How does MiJET operate?
- Hold a part above the large opening and simply pull the air nozzle trigger.
- With this one motion, a steady volume of air is driven through the air nozzle to blow residue off a part.
- At the same time, suction is created with the specially designed internal valve which pulls aerosol mist, large lubricant drops, and debris downward to accumulate in the container below.
- A catch screen is provided in case a slippery part is dropped into the opening.
Where can MiJET be purchased?
- MiJET and its accessories can be purchased through local distributors. If you don’t see a distributor near you, please call us at 585-472-6294
How are units shipped?
- Customer can provide their small package or freight collect carrier account numbers or we will ship Best Way, prepaid & added to the invoice.
- Definitions follow below for when small package shipping versus freight needs to be utilized.
Individual packaged specification for 8 inch diameter standalone MiJET models, Weight: 31 lbs., Dimensions: 17” x 17” x 41”.
- Individual packaged specification for 12 inch diameter standalone MiJET models, Weight: 68 lbs., Dimensions: 22” x 22” x 41”. (MUST ship via Freight.)
- Orders of three or more 8 inch diameter standalone MiJET units will be palletized and shipped according to customers’ preference or Best Way.
- All single order 12 inch diameter MiJET units and Automation MiJET units MUST be palletized and shipped via FREIGHT to minimize potential for damage during shipping. These units are top-heavy and if tipped over during transport can be damaged.
- All MiJET Workstations and Wash Stations are packaged on pallets due to their size and need to ship via FREIGHT.
Is electricity required to run MiJET?
- No electricity is required.
- MiJET is powered by air alone so it can connect directly to existing air drops.
What maintenance does MiJET need?
- MiJET is an air tool which needs lubrication added monthly for optimal operation.
- 10 drops of oil need to be added to the inlet air side of the unit monthly.
- In order for the MiJET units to continue working as effectively as possible, we recommend that MiJET filters be checked and replaced annually. Air tool oil should also be added to the air hose fitting after 5000 parts cleaned or monthly.
How long should a MiJET unit last?
- If properly maintained, the life of the unit should be “many” years.
What warranty comes with a MiJET purchase?
- One year warranty on all parts, if monthly lubrication maintenance procedures have been followed.
- Customer contacts us for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) and ships the product back at their expense.
- If a faulty part is diagnosed, it will be fixed or the whole unit will be replaced and shipped back to the customer at our expense.
- If it is determined by the factory that unit has not been properly maintained and lubricated, the customer will be notified on the costs for repair and that they will be responsible for repair costs before they are completed.
What is Your Refund Policy?
- One year warranty on all parts, if monthly lubrication maintenance procedures have been followed.
- Customer contacts us for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) and ships the product back at their expense in the original packaging. If original packaging is not available and damage is incurred during shipping, the damaged component will be charged to the customer (i.e. the metal bucket is very susceptible to damage during shipment without proper packaging materials).
- If a faulty part is diagnosed, it will be fixed or the whole unit will be replaced and shipped back to the customer at our expense. If it is determined by the factory that unit has not been properly maintained and lubricated, the customer will be notified on the costs for repair and that they will be responsible for repair costs before they are completed.
